BUT WHY DO WE TEST THE HAIR?
As hair forms, it’s exposed to our body’s INTERNAL environment. Once it reaches the surface of the skin, its outer layers harden and this locks in the metabolic products that accumulated when it initially formed. The body unloads excess minerals and heavy metals in the hair in order to keep them away from vital organs. In other words, hair contains a blueprint- a lasting record of mineral status and nutritional metabolic activity- that occurred over its growth period. The HTMA can show us what’s going on in the body over the last 3-4 months especially.
HOW DOES COMPLETING THIS TEST WORK?
1) Right when you enroll, you will receive mail in details via email for your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which looks at the last ~90 to 120 days of mineral and heavy metal status to assess your thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic function. Don't worry, the hair sample is so easy to complete and non-invasive.
2) Your Practitioner Rachel will receive your results and then will begin working on them. Once completed, you will receive your results and in depth interpretation, as well as your 60 day protocol to begin. This will all be recorded for you to make sure that you completely and fully understand your testing results.
3) Every week for 8 weeks, you will have access to a new recorded educational module on hormone health, gut health, and enhancing your overall wellness or a LIVE scheduled group call with your Practitioner. This will ensure that you have all of the knowledge that you need to continue moving forward with your health journey, plus the accountability to keep up with the new changes in your lifestyle.
4) You can expect after this 8 week program to have higher energy levels, more impactful sleep, better digestion, clearer and brighter skin, and the tools to continue enhancing your health every single day.
