After 3 years of irregular and missed periods after getting off of birth control, within 3 months of my protocol with Rachel I got my period back. My symptoms have been manageable, whereas a few years ago I would be in debilitating pain with my PCOS and was unable to even function throughout my period. I've been also able to lose stubborn stomach fat by changing dietary factors and focusing on lifestyle adjustments and supplementation suggestions.
